Ingredients: Carthamus tinctorius (safflower), Rhododendron sp., Juniperus sp. (juniper), Pixrorhiza kurroa, Rosa Sativus (rose), Selinum wallichinum, Dracocephalum tanguticum (dragonhead), Artemisia sp. (sagebrush), Santalum album (white sandalwood), etc.

Recommended for religious offering, meditation, protection against malevolent spirits and some communicable diseases. It can also be used as room-freshener or for refreshing the senses. Especially it is recommended in the morning during meditation and prayers.

This aromatic and medicinal incense is made by Men-Tsee-Khang - the Tibetan Medical and Astro-science Institute established by His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

Directions for Use：

Light the incense stick and place it in a incense burner.

Always burn incense in moderate quantities to prevent overheating.

Never leave your incense burning unattended.
